What does a vegan eat for breakfast?



This is pretty much what I have for breakfast most days, it's very quick and easy so here's the recipe.

Banana and Oat Smoothie
2 bananas
1 cup rolled oats/ porridge oats
1.5 cups of soya milk (less if you'd like it thicker)
1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter

Then just blend it, I prefer a hand held blender for convenience. Enjoy.
